Babysitting or fetching from sch

I have a 2yr old attending cc and a 4months old girl which will enter ifc in august. I have to send my helper back by aug as i cant afford to pay her a higher salary. Hiring a new helper doesnt helps the situation as all are asking for high salary. However, my husb and my working hrs can't accomodate to send and pick them up from sch. What should i do? Can someone share how do u cope?
