Focal myometrical contractions

I had a scan today and my result said that i have a focal myometrial contraction and i dont actually understand the meaning of it. can somebody enlighten me whats the meaning of it and is it dangerous for my baby? By the way im 17wks and 1 day pregnant now. Thank u and god bless po
