Week 9 spotting

I had a scan at both week 6 & 7, and had confirmed both babies have heartbeat and that pregancy is considered stable. Had spotting previously at week 5, where my fertility doctor gave more supplements to support the pregnancy. Am experiencing spotting today again.. Is my pregnancy considered unstable again?
