Placenta Previa Totallis

Hello. I had placenta previa totallis during first pregnancy. Nagka-bleeding sa una at second trimester pero more of spotting lang. I considered myself very blessed dahil full term kami ni baby despite several bed rest.2.5L of blood nawala sakin during CS, pero magaling ang team nag-alaga sakin. Okay naman kami ni baby ngayon. 16months na sya ngayon.Mayroon ba ditong nagkaroon ng placenta previa during 1st pregnancy, then mayroon ulit sa pangalawang baby? Ang galing mo talaga na nag-carry full term kahit ganyan, kasi sobrang scary ang placenta previa totalis, so proud of you! A few of us in my mom group actually had previa sa first pregnancy tapos totally normal ang second, so it's definitely possible na hindi ka mauulit, but some friends din nag-experience ng previa again or in different positions, so talaga it varies per person. The safest thing is to be very honest with your OB from the start ng second pregnancy and do those early ultrasounds para ma-monitor agad, because some placentas move up by second or third trimester anyway.
