7 weeks pregnant got discharge

I had miscarriage on june and now im 7 weeks pregnant! I went for my first scan last week and i can hear my baby’s heartbeat. But im also worried cause i have spotting since 5 week pregnant. My gyne gave me utrogestan and the spotting has stopped but got discharge. has anyone experienced the same?
