39w + 3days and just had a membrane sweep this morning

i just had a membrane sweep this morning and i understand that spotting is normal afterwards however, six hours passed and i saw this bright red blood when i was showering, is it still normal or should I head back to hospital? #firstbaby #FTM

If blood persistently comes out during the 24 hour period, you may call up the hospital/gynae/doctor for further advice. It is common to have bleeding after sweep but if prolong better to call.
