Baby’s Weight

Hi! I had my 2nd detailed scan on week 21 and was told that my baby is a little bit underweight. What should i eat to gain baby’s weight? I’m not sure things that i ate will goes to baby or me. #firstbaby #advicepls

Avacado, durian, eggs without yolks, chicken breast~ If you’re afraid of the sugar, can consider chicken breast eggs without yolks 😊 I had 12 eggs a day, managed to let baby gain 200G per week. (But be prepared to run when you see eggs 😅)

Try making blended avocado with milk every morning! Avocados are full of healthy fats and milk has calcium, Vit D and protein! More meat and vegetables during lunch
