Prenatal vitamins/ supplements

I got 3 class of prenatal vitamins calcium, folic acid and ferrous sulfate w/ folic acid. Is it okay to drink all this kinds at once every morning? First time mom here. Thank you.#1stimemom #pregnancy

Ano po ba nireseta sa inyo ni OB? pag may time po na nireseta si OB yun po sundin natin. saken po kase. Ferrous' 30mins bago mag bfast. Prenatal vitamins' after bfast. then yung calcuim sa gabe ko sa iniinom
