Travelling with 15 months baby

Hi, I will be going to Europe with my 15 months baby. I am really concerned what he can eat if we are eating at the restaurant. Though I will bring some instant food, to pack for a three weeks trip and three meals each day, is really a lot. Any advice?#firsttimemom #firstbaby

At 15m, your LO can actually eat what you eat. If you’re concerned about the salt, you can try to request from the restaurant for less salt or no salt while cooking. You can try to search online on certain brands that carries instant food cheaper in Europe countries, that way you won’t need to bring so many pouches also.
