Obgyne Fee

I just gave birth and my OB wasn't able to attend to my delivery dahil nagka emergency sya. So another OB attended to me during my delivery. During labor, my OB is being updated and consulted of my status. Nung discharge day na from hospital, the payment was made directly thru bank online transfer to the OBs. I was also charged twice of OB's fee. One for the OB which was not able to attend to me, and one for the OB who assisted me during delivery. I was also charged for Anesthesiologist, 50% of the total OB's payment. Question, mommies: Ganun ba talaga, na hindi kasama sa hospital bill ang fee ng OB and it is settled thru personal bank transfer with them? Also, tama ba na dalawang OB fee binayaran ko?
