Period after birth.

Question

I gave birth last Aug. 11 and my bleeding lasted for about 2 weeks. Im exclusively breastfeeding. Noong sept. 21 dinugo ulit ako, di ako sure if menstruation nayun kasi it lasted for 9 days which is very unusual kasi 4days lang ako mag regla.  Im expecting na reglahin ulit this month of October 19 pero until now wala pa din. I had contact with my partner since last month. Is it possible na di ako reglahin ulit?  #firstimebeingamother #adviceplsmomshies

Ah sis, totally normal yan especially with exclusive breastfeeding, maraming mums ko na parang ganyan, ang bleeding nila after birth ay irregular talaga before it settles into a pattern ulit. Since breastfeeding ka, it's possible na tumatagal ang lactational amenorrhea (no period) kaya don't be surprised kung delayed pa or even absent for a few months more, pero the contact with your partner means pregnancy is also possible kaya best talaga na mag-check ka with your OB to see what's happening and get your peace of mind!
