Totoo ba ang binat?

Hi. I gave birth last May 19 in a normal delivery. Everything's fine except for my pelvic pain. Now this week, my bodyache worsened. Masakit buong katawan ko. And today, I caught colds and cough. Tapos ang lamig ng feeling ko but I can feel fever inside my body. Is this a sign of binat?
