Don't feel bad, mummy! keep trying and perhaps you can try to let your child be involve when you are preparing the meal like peeling egg shells or vegetables so that your child will be more open to eating the food being prepared. Also can bring your child grocery shopping to introduce him to the different ingredients being used in cooking. Hope it helps! Jiayou!
