Pregnancy Symptoms

I just found out im pregnant few days back. Not sure exactly how many weeks I'm along. Probably around 3 weeks plus. But I'm having slight backaches and cramps.. is it normal? I'm quite worried! Planning to go for my first check up around 6-8 weeks as now is too early to detect heartbeat
