Can you help me what to do next?
I am a first timer, since 24 June, for 4 days I had PT and all resulted positive. What to do next po. Hingi lng ng advise from experienced mom here.
Congrats, mama! So exciting na positive ang PT mo, first thing I did was schedule an appointment with my OB right away para ma-confirm through ultrasound at blood tests, kasi important na ma-rule out any issues early and ma-start ang prenatal vitamins (especially folic acid) agad-agad. Those 4 days of positive tests are really promising, pero mas makakatuwa talaga pag nakita mo na sa ultrasound ang baby mo, at that's when the doctor can check kung kelan ka talaga due and kung lahat ay okay, walang replacement sa professional check-up, trust me! In the meantime, be kind sa sarili mo, rest when you can, and start avoiding raw foods, alcohol, at heavy lifting. How are you feeling naman so far?
