Eat tuna while breastfeeding

I think it depends. Is it raw or cooked? Or are you allergic to tuna or not? Eat moderately because of the mercury content in tuna. I think when pregnant or breastfeeding, you just need to know, if the food is nutritious to you, then it will benefit your child too. 💚

i believe a little wouldnt harm though i do not recall consuming any
