facial skin changes during early pregnancy

Omg same :( im at 4 weeks day 5. My skin feels super dry, noticed getting a few pimples under my nose a few days back 😭 was wondering what pregnancy safe skincare products would anyone recommend? 🙏🏻

I’m at 7 weeks and I’m having this too! Dry and dull skin with dark spots around my nose and cheeks 😭
