first prenatal

I did my PT last 2 days and it's positive.. my LMP was September 16, 2019. I am planning to have my first prenatal tomorrow, and i want to have an ultrasound to be sure. I think I'm 6 weeks AOG by tomorrow. My question is, Is it ok to have my ultrasound to know if the baby in the inside is ok by that weeks? Please help. Thanks
