Herbal medicine and tea

I did not know i was pregnant when i got fever, colds and mild cough but its not covid i had it also when i was pregnant with my son way back 2019. Here is what im concerned about i took 1 pack of linhua capsule and tea to clear the pleghm and clogged nose cause its more effective for me than over the counter medicines then i took 1 blister pack of decolgen and some paracetamol, my question is how safe is it to take herbal teas and medicine?? #HerbalMedicine #pregnant #1sttrimester #help #advicepls
