Is it too early to test?

I did it on 10 Oct ( My high chance of getting pregnant ovulation day) now I'm late for 3 days. But tested negative? Having pregnancy symptoms such as nausea & cramps. Can I be pregnant?

High possibility. When I was pregnant with my first child, I missed my period for a week and tested negative. I kept on taking a test day after day... still negative until I gave up. I took the last one by end of the month and then it was positive! I went to see the doctor and I was already pregnant when the test was negative 😅
