Pregnancy Test KIT, Irregular MENSES

I am diagnosed of PCOS and my period is irregular. But this month i didn't get my period and i counted the days of my last period, I am delayed of 13 days now. I did pregnancy test for 2 days now and this is what I got a faded line.. Am I Pregnant?
