I delivered on 4 Aug but till today 7 Aug there is still no colostrum or breast milk. One of my nipple is short and the other one is flat. My baby can't latch well. Tried using nipple shield but no milk too. Baby's birth weight is 3.7kg and has been on formula. She was vacuumed during delivery on week 40 + 1. My breasts are still soft and no engorgement. Is this normal?
