Nutrition and diet

I am currently week 4 pregnant but alrdy having so much cravings and constantly hungry. Is it normal? Able to share some nutrition and diet I should be getting instead?

It’s normal! I still eat almost everything moderately - always eat your greens, fruits with lower sugar and proteins. Drink more plain water to stay hydrated, maternity milk (optional but it got the nutrients that a pregnant mother needs, take note of the sugar percentage if you are conscious about sugar but to me once or twice a day is fine). Lesser sugary drinks like bubble tea (I still drink but once a week). You don’t have to go for a very strict diet as pregnancy itself is already very tiring. Just eat moderately! Remember to start eating your folic acid supplements now!
