Sleepless nights. How?

I am currently in wk 25. Can't sleep at night due to waking up to pee or leg cramps. I had to go to work the next day which I cannot do so as feeling tired. Its stressful. Keep on using unpaid leave. Can't get HL as well. How you all deal with this? :(
