Swollen Breast

I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and I feel like my breast are swollen more than ever. Is this normal? Others said that I am not producing milk yet at this time. Is this true? Do you guys feel the same way too? I opted to wear bra now for more comfort. I hope you can share your suggestions. Thanks
