I cooked something different nman pero Healthy at sympre pinoy dish talaga, to add more taste with it instead of Alamang (bawal din kc ako) naisip ko Panu Kaya Kung Karne norte nman, sa Lasa, Bango At sarap, pwedeng pwede siya Talaga mas #LagingGanado eto Panigurado .. “ 𝑷𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒌𝒃𝒆𝒕 𝑨𝒍𝒂 𝑪𝑫𝑶 𝑲𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒆 𝑵𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒆 “ Ingredients: 2 Cans CDO Karne Norte (150ml) 2 pcs. tomato cubed 1 pc onion chopped 4 cloves garlic crushed ¼ tsp. ground black pepper 6 pcs sitaw cut 1/2 pc kalabasa cubed 8 pcs okra sliced 2 pc eggplant sliced 1 whole ampalaya sliced Instruction for Cooking: * Heat cooking oil in a pot. Saute onion and garlic, continue to cook until the onion softens. * Add tomatoes then, * Put the kalabasa into the pot. Cook for 7 minutes. * Add sitaw and okra cook for 2 minutes * then add ampalaya, and eggplant. Add Half cup water, Stir. Cover the pot again and cook for 5 minutes. * Season with ground black pepper * Now, you can Add the 2 cans Cdo Karne Norte and Mix. Cook for 5 minutes. * Prepare it sa Bao and sprinkle with Fry Garlic. yahoo! Serve.
