I can't get my husband more involved in caring for our kids, and I want his help. What can I do?

Men's brain don't process like ours does especially when it comes to taking care of the kids. Talk to your husband and explain to him how you feel. For example if you want him to give your kids a bath you can either tell him "if you'd like you can give the kids a bath." BUT if he still would'nt do it because it was a choice. Rather you say "I need you to give the kids a bath" You just have to be super clear and direct but of course in a nice way.
