Did my baby get noise induced hearing loss?

I brought my 4 mo baby to a restaurant with live band. We sat very close to the band and spent 2 hours there. My baby looked fine but the next day, he didn't respond to loud thunder , should i be worried? #pleasehelp #advicepls :(

You can try playing music on your phone and move around to see if he will follow the music. My baby doesn’t react to loud thunder as well but definitely no hearing problems or loss cause whenever I open a snack, she comes running out of no where. 🤦🏻‍♀️
