Need help!

I baru muntah like half of a cup pepejal macam yeast roti. Gross, berbau susu basi. Warna putih. Dia look alike tauhu putih. Right after i had my milk then half an hour after that muntah keluar that thing. Really hurts my chest and throat. Has anyone here experience the same thing? Should i need to go to see doctor?
