I ate vegetarian kway chap and drinking the soup halfway realise got a piece of dang gui inside. I'm currently at 20 weeks and worried now not sure what to do >.

Don’t worry! It’s fine as long as you’re not drinking daily! I accidentally drank a bowl of soup with dang gui and ginseng during trimester 1 and baby is safe!
