Unanswered questions normally get answet quickly here. If you can't see any notifications in the upper right of your screen, might as well send a concern ticket to the support team. Click the option box and select "Send Feedback".

Click on your profile photo and click questions. There you'll see your latest question and click it so you can be directed where it was posted.
