Blood. Need Answer Please

Hello. Can i ask lang po. Kanina kasi umaga nag eexercise ako bale im on my 40 weeks then napo poop po ako so nag cr ako then pag poop ko theres blood. (first time lang po na nagkaron ng blood while pooping.) i tried to wipe it by wet wipes so blood nga. it is about the poop kaya nagka blood or manganganak na ako? Just asking lang po.
