may i ask for help! recently nahuli ko lip ko na may ibang accnt and may ibang karelasyon!! the most painful part is nabuntis nya and almost a year n ang bata! what should i do ? how to be brave how to accept?
Uy, I'm so sorry, that's such a heavy thing to go through, and honestly, your feelings are so valid, walang dapat labanan dito. A few of us mums in the circle have been through infidelity and it's one of the toughest things, especially with kids involved, pero remember, you're not alone in this. First thing would be to talk to a trusted person (family, close friend, or even a counselor) about what you're feeling, kasi kailangan mo ng support system habang nag-figure out ng next steps. As for accepting, it's not a switch you flip quickly, but one day at a time lang, and lean on your kids, your faith, whatever keeps you grounded. Malakas ka pa, mama, focus on what you can control (your kids, yourself, your healing) and take it from there.
