August is Breastfeeding awareness month

I always believed in the nutrition and benefits of breastmilk. I stand for it that it's best for our little one throughout their whole life. Breastfeeding is a core part of getting the right nutrition in the frst 1,000 days. It makes them healthier as they grow up. I remember how I struggled the first week but I kept pushing myself to give Gien the best milk. He struggled from direct latch, and that's when I decided to pump in order to continue the journey. It doesn't bother me at all waking up in the middle of the night to do the session. Now, in order for me to support and provide Gien the best, I make sure that he attends his immunization and gets him vaccinated.
