Hindi ka dapat mag-alala too much, mama, taking an extra prenatal vitamin or two won't hurt you or baby, pero definitely mention it to your OB just to be sure kapag may check-up ka na, kasi they know your full health picture. A few of us moms have done the same thing nang accidental and our doctors said it's okay, pero mas importante talaga na consistent ka lang with one tablet daily moving forward para sure ang intake ng baby mo. Just mark your calendar or set a phone alarm para hindi na maulit, at if you're worried pa rin, don't hesitate to call your OB clinic, that's what they're there for!
