Use of diapers or pads or liners

Hi, I am on my 6th month. I have post infection cough which may last for weeks. Since bigger tummy na din, wiwi wiwi din most of the time. So konting ubo, wooosh! May wiwi talaga and everytime na may wiwi kasama, syempre palit panty. Nakaka 5-6 change of undies ata ako a day. Sa gabi ako nahihirapan kasi most of the time night ang attack ng ubo ko. I am thinking of wearing a diaper pag tulog, kaso worried ako na maging cause ng infection at magka UTI ako. Doc and momsh here is it safe? Thank you po
