5 weeks PP and exclusively pumping but breast and nipple always feel sore and tender

Hi, i am 5 weeks postpartum and exclusively pumping.. is it normal for breasts and nipples to always feel sore and tender 24/7 even after draining the breasts cleanly? Flange size is correct per recommended by LC and pump suction is comfortable..

My breasts don’t feel sore but nipples do, tbjnk it’s normal. Wear silver cups, they help a lot! I don’t feel soreness when I wear them
