Stomach ache

i am 33weeks pregnat and i have this ache in my belly feels like diarrhea ache pero i don't poop nman minsan nawawla pero bumbalik din it's been like this a whole day now. first time mom to be and i don't kniw if should see my doctor or if its normal. no discharged or anything.
