I am 31 weeks pregrant, first time mom. Is it normal po ba na maexperience yung ganito case? Also, is it okay to put katinko ko sa paa ko? Thank yor for any advice.

Normal po sa 3rd trimester, pero kung risky po ang pagbubuntis mas better na magpacheck up.
