Weightloss during pregnancy

I am 3 months into my weightloss journey and have lost 5kgs. My goal is to lose another 3 kgs through caloric deficit and exercise. Is it healthy to continue on my 1200 calories/day with 1 hour exercise daily?

im not sure about this. if it is ok towards the baby as they need a lot of nutrient for their growth. have you consult this to your Gynae?
