Taking Maintenance For Hypertension

Hi I am 27years old, I missed my period for 1 week already. There is a faint line in my pregnancy test. But I haven't yet go to the doctor to check if am I already pregnant. My worry is I'm still taking 40mg of Telmisartan for my hypertension. Do I need to discontinue taking the meds immediately?
