Severe infection in urine Cefuroxime Axetil

I am 27 weeks pregnant and I have severe infection based po sa urinalysis result ko. Neresetahan po ako sa health center ng Cefuroxime Axetil. Though midwife nagreseta sa akin, I just can't stop thinking kung safe ba sya sa baby. Sino po dito nag tetake ng Cefuroxime? Okay lang po ba sa baby?
