I am 23 weeks pregnant now but my tummy is not too obvious. The baby inside might be very small. Is it normal?

The size of your tummy does not matter. As long as the baby is healthy, it is fine. Go and see a doctor if you want to make sure. The size of a mother's tummy does not define the condition of a baby.
every visit sinusukat yung tyan mo height ni baby yon. normal naman yung sakin kahit maliit din tyan ko.. :(
