Ay, nosebleeds during pregnancy are super common kaya hindi ka mag-alala! A few of us moms experienced the same thing, it's because of the extra blood flow and hormonal changes, plus the pregnancy tends to make our nasal passages more sensitive and prone to drying out. Good call na sinabi mo na agad sa OB mo, pero honestly most of the time it's nothing serious, lalo na if it's just occasional at hindi mabigat. Keep an eye lang if it happens na madalas or if may ibang symptoms, pero for now try to stay hydrated and avoid picking your nose (easier said than done, alam ko! ).
