bad constipation

i am 15 weeks pregnant but already having bad constipation. not a veggie eater but still eats once in a while, have been taking stool softener every evening too but it does not help. any suggestions what i can do otherwise to ease the constipation?

I am having the same issue. The only way that seems to work, on top of stool softener and probiotics which I take religiously, is to drink at least 2 litres of water everyday.

You can take pregnancy safe probiotics or eat fruits that will help with your bowel.
