Uy, don't worry too much, diarrhea in pregnancy is super common, lalo na sa second trimester kasi ang hormones mo ay nag-aayos pa, pero definitely see your OB about it para ma-check kung may infection or something, at para ma-prescribe sila ng safe na medicine for you at baby. A few of my mum friends had the same thing and it passed in a few days, pero importante talaga na i-report mo sa doctor, especially since you're a first-time mom at gusto mo peace of mind, make sure you're drinking lots of water din kasi dehydration lang ang concern talaga, hindi ang diarrhea same mismo na mag-affect sa baby.
