11 weeks and no heartbeat what does this mean?

i am 11 weeks preganant went to the doctor today and they did an ultrasound they said they could see the fetus but couldnt find the heartbeat does this mean something is wrong i have no bleeding and no cramping i feel fine im eatin good takin my prenatals what could be wrong please help
