Alamak, this is quite common actually, timing boleh jadi off by a week or two depending on your cycle, so doc's dating bukan salah apa pun. A few of my mum friends went through the same thing and it turned out fine, just their ovulation came later than expected jadi baby's measuring behind the dates. Nampak kantung ja is totally normal at 7 weeks, baby (yolk sac or fetal pole) biasanya akan visible dalam a week or two more, so jangan stress dulu. The repeat scan in 2 weeks is the right call, doc just wants to confirm everything's progressing nicely and see the heartbeat. Just take it easy and try not to overthink the dates la, most important thing is the follow-up scan shows good growth!
