Baby mengeras

Alah normal je lah, banyak mummy pregnant dengan baby 33 weeks yang sama macam ni! Braxton Hicks contractions (fake contractions) tu memang lebih kerap especially malam especially kalau kita tired or active sgt during the day, and it's totally normal at that stage. The fact that baby aktif sgt malam and mengeras tu probably just means baby is moving more aggressively, so you'll feel the tightening more, some of my mum friends said their babies pun quite active at night and would cause the belly to feel hard. Tapi if the hardening comes with pain, bleeding, or leakage, or if it jadi too frequent, just check with your doctor or midwife to be safe okay, sebab better to rule things out. Just make sure you rest properly, drink lots of water, and try not to stress, baby is probably just having his/her active periods!
