Hye mommies,nak tanya sya bru 8weeks 4days . sangkut gdm . Ada tips tak mkan apa ,buah apa yg elok . Pstu sya nk tnya bhaya ka sbb sya first baby ni . Tak tahu sgt. kurangkan mkn bnda2 mnis,mnum air kosong byk2...buah2an kena pndai pilih,sbb buah pun ada yg tggi gula mcm anggur,mangga n lain2 lg,blh google..susu pun byk yg tggi gula,susu khas utk ibu hamil byk sy dgr gula tggi,utk gdm mmg xssuai..tp kena hati2 jgk kdg2 mknan@mnuman dkat ingredients tulis no sugar kena buat research..sbb takut ada gula tmbahan,gula tmbahan lg bhya dpd gula putih...rmai nurse suggest susu marigold HL tu rendah gula..ssuai utk gdm
